What we collect
When you use Gill Buddy without an account, we create a guest profile with a randomly generated username and a random identifier stored on your device. When you create an account or sign in with email, Google, or Apple, we receive your email address and, from Google, your name and profile photo. We also keep the content you save in the app and basic records of when you use it.
How we use it
We use this information to run your account, keep your saved content, show your username and photo in the app, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Sign in with Google and Apple
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we only receive the basic profile information those services share with us: your email address, and from Google your name and profile photo. We do not access any other data in your Google or Apple account.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Sign-in is handled by Amazon Cognito.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing support@gillbuddy.com.
